Klay Thompson Signs A New 10-Year Extension Deal With Sneaker Brand

Klay Thompson’s new shoe DEAL is allegedly worth $80M.

There’s a justifiable reason motivation behind why Klay Thompson was moving a trick at a club in China prior this week.

As per Nick DePaula, the 2x NBA champ has marked a 10-year expansion that could be worth up to $80 million with Chinese sportswear mark Anta. The new arrangement, which goes through 2026 incorporates different motivating forces as a major aspect of the understanding, and smaller people the $3 million every year he was accepting from Anta.

DePaula composes that Klay, who left Nike for Anta in 2014, first found out about the developing brand on account of Rajon Rondo.

“I didn’t know much about Anta,” Thompson said. “One of my operator’s customers, Rajon [Rondo], was with them, and he said this brand had inconceivable potential and that the Chinese market, also, was something that I could truly plunge into.”

Thompson’s new arrangement, which midpoints $8 million every year, puts him tied for ninth among the NBA’s wealthiest shoe bargains, alongside Kyrie Irving’s Nike contract and Dwyane Wade, who has an arrangement with another Chinese-based brand, Li-Ning.
